Job summary
We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapists to join our multi-disciplinary inpatient and community teams based in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
You will have a good knowledge base, excellent communication skills and a flexible and positive attitude. You should have a caring, non-judgmental and inclusive attitude and be committed to the delivery of safe, high quality care.
The Trust offers a development band 5 to 6 pathway for Occupational Therapists working within both community and inpatient services.
Main duties of the job
- Our Occupational Therapists maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for our patients
- Our Occupational Therapists participate in individual and group therapies
- Our Occupational Therapists encourage patients' participation in the assessment, planning and evaluation processes related to their needs
- Our team members contribute to the development of the Trust's services
