An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Psychologist/Counselling Psychologist and/or CBT therapist who is BABCP accredited/registered and has significant experience of working within an IAPT service to join our team TalkingSpace Plus in Oxfordshire. We are a well-established team with a great reputation for providing a full range of high-quality evidence-based treatments and interventions for patients with anxiety/depression, with and without long-term physical health conditions. If you are an experienced therapist with a supervision qualification looking to progress to a leadership position, this could be the role for you.

Main duties of the job
Ensure the systematic provision of a high-quality psychological therapy service to adults and older adults with common mental health disorders and their carers, including overseeing team performance within the Oxfordshire TalkingSpace Plus Service.
- Provide highly specialist psychological assessment and therapy for a caseload of people with common mental health disorders with or without long term physical health problems.
- Clinically supervise and support the psychological assessment and therapy, provided by trainee, qualified and step 3 trainee and qualified CBT clinicians
- Contribute to the delivery of duty supervision to all staff working in the service.

We are looking for a Locality Lead who will work alongside other team leaders to ensure the effective running of the service, you will be supported by the Deputy Clinical Lead and Team Manager. You will hold a clinical caseload providing individual and group treatments. You will provide clinical supervision as well as supervision of supervision and line management. You will be supported to monitor performance at both an individual clinical level and service level. You will lead on an agreed aspects of service delivery, audit, research and/or clinical governance.
