Vascular Theatre Lead - Theatres
We are seeking to recruit a dynamic motivated registered nurse/ODP to join the Theatre team.
The successful individual will have a pivotal role in delivering Trust Objectives and ensuring that the care delivered within this specialty reflects the Trust's Vision and Values and will be leading all the Vascular surgeries for the Trust
The successful candidate must have the ability to provide positive mentoring/coaching and development to the clinical teams within all theatre specialities and act as a role model in all they do.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will be an experienced registered Nurse/ODP with a qualification in mentorship or training, a guide in Vascular surgeries, and a good understanding of the Peri-operative Departments. If you are a dynamic, energetic, enthusiastic Nurse/ODP we would love to hear from you.
The role will focus on the provision of supporting and developing staff, setting and maintaining standards of clinical excellence, and improving outcomes and experiences for patients, families, carers as well as staff.
