The on-call rota is currently 1:7 at the NGH site, on site from 0830-1800hrs daily, reviewing patients throughout the day as referred to expediate treatment and on-call for emergencies overnight from home (within 30 minutes). There is also a cardiology ward rota for Monday to Friday daytime cover, separate from the take.
