Are you currently a TSW/HCA within Northampton General that is looking to develop and train as an ODP? we have an opportunity for you to become an apprentice ODP starting in September? we will support your 3 year degree training through Leicester University, you must have GCSE in Maths and English and a level 3 qualification. An interest in all aspects of Theatres is essential.
Main duties of the job
In order to be eligible to undertake this apprenticeship you MUST have English and Maths qualifications (and certificates) as set out in the Education and Skills Funding Agency's 'Apprenticeship Standards English and Maths List' (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/english-and-maths-requirements-in-apprenticeship-standards-at-level-2-and-above see tab titled 'Level 3 Apprenticeship').
Only those listed / overseas qualifications with clear evidence from UK ENIC (see tab titled 'Notes') are eligible, please do not apply if you do not meet this criteria as you WILL NOT BE shortlisted.
In the interview, you will be required to bring your English and Maths certificates as well as your UK ENIC statement of Comparability if applicable; if you do not provide the evidence on the day of the interview you will not be interviewed. If unsure whether or not your English / Maths qualification will meet these requirements, please e-mail prior to accepting
To be able to undertake an apprenticeship you need:
- Maths and English at Level 2 and provide the evidence
- Right to work in UK / More than 2 years on visa at start of course
- Lived in UK /EU for at least past 3 years
