Medical Clerk
Maxillofacial Head & Neck
30 hours per week: Monday Friday
We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic individual to support the Administration service in Head & Neck.
The role is primarily to track, locate, filing, collect and distribute notes within the directorate and throughout the Trust. This is an extremely physical and busy role, requiring a flexible and calm approach to work. The successful candidate will require excellent communication skills to assist in being able to respond professionally to enquiries from all channels throughout the organisation. You will have a positive and friendly attitude and to be able liaise with a wide range of staff and patients.

Main duties of the job
You will be expected to work closely with the Administration teams within the Directorate, providing cross cover when required, and show an adaptable and flexible approach to work.
You may be asked to carry out other band 2 duties within the directorate as and when required.
