We are recruiting for the role of Operational Business and Performance Lead . This role is at the heart of driving operational excellence and transformation within the division. Main duties of the job

They will work closely with Directorate operational teams to support and formulate operational plans, ensuring alignment with divisional objectives, capacity planning models, and benchmarking data. This includes analysing complex and sensitive information, interpreting national policy, and supporting capacity and demand modelling to inform decision-making.
A key focus of the role is the management and delivery of Cost Improvement Programmes (CIPs). This involves project managing the implementation of identified opportunities, tracking tasks and milestones, and working with Directorates to close any CIP gaps. The postholder will challenge staff at all levels to deliver their committed actions, maintain a focus on outcomes, and use strong interpersonal and communication skills to convey, negotiate, and influence highly complex information with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and director-level audiences.
