Job summary

Are you looking for an exciting new challenge working with a dynamic theatre team? If so, Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (KGH) is looking for you.

We are looking for an experienced Band 6 RN who has a keen interest and expertise in ENT surgery to join our friendly and dynamic nursing team working at Kettering General Hospital.

You will participate on a 24-hour Rota (day and night duties, weekends, and bank holidays) for the department plus there will also be the expectation that you participate on the ENT on-call Rota.

The post holder will be a clearly identifiable senior clinical staff member and team leader. They will have significant clinical experience, provide sound clinical expertise to their team and coordinate, and deliver high quality care. They will be a role model for expert clinical care and lead on specific projects/management functions as delegated by the Theatre Lead.

Main duties of the job

You must be able to demonstrate commitment to developing the service, show evidence of clinical leadership and multidisciplinary team working with excellent communication skills.
