Job summary
We have an exciting new FTC role for a Human Resources Generalist colleague who is looking to develop their professional career within HR. This is an opportunity to work within the area of employee relations with a primary focus on absence management .
This role will be responsible for providing advice and support to line managers and staff on absence management issues and routine first level employment relations casework, providing support to the Senior HR Advisors. You will also be required to interpret and apply HR policies and procedures when advising and supporting managers and staff.
Main duties of the job
You should hold or be working towards your CIPD and be able to demonstrate a knowledge of employment relations processes. You should have the ability to use your initiative, work proactively, demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills, manage and prioritise your own workload and respond flexibly to changing demands are essential.
Intermediate / advanced Excel skills are also required for this role.
