Your task will be to introduce, promote and proactively support new ways of working by exploiting digital capabilities to provide central administration processes to support patient pathways and business processes. To maximise clinical booking capability across the CDCs at Corby and Kings Heath (Northampton)

This is a fantastic development opportunity to create something new that you can be proud of and will truly make a difference to patients and the time they wait to receive diagnosis.

Main duties of the job

The Group objective will be to assess the feasibility of a Central Administration Function for each Trust, and the future potential to create a central booking process across Northampton University Hospitals. There is funding for this team until end of March 2025.

The people we are looking for to deliver this, should have drive, ambition, the ability to work at pace and experience of working in a project environment. If you have knowledge of outpatient and diagnostic appointment scheduling and capacity management, if you are familiar with clinical and administration systems and would like to be part of this exciting work, we would like to hear from you.

If you feel you have these qualities and thrive on a challenge, the CDC team would love to receive your application form providing information of your current role, experience, and the reason you would like to be considered. Please discuss with your line manager in advance to ensure you have support for this secondment.
