An exciting opportunity is available to join the Clinical Operations Teams as a Capacity Co-ordinator. You will be forward thinking, dynamic and highly motivated and comfortable both supporting and challenging others in equal measure. You will be a key player in the operational running of the Trust working alongside the Clinical Site Managers to provide a seamless 24/7, 365 days service.
Main duties of the job
Individuals will need to be organised, possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with competing pressures and priorities which will frequently change. This role will involve working closely with clinical ward areas across the Trust and the wider MDT involved with the safe, effective and timely provision of care on the wards and departments during the day, weekends and at night. You will work closely with other senior nurse bleep holders and Medical teams.
