Job summary
An exciting opportunity has become available in Anticoagulation Service for an administration support to undertake clerical tasks to support patient care, clinical staff and colleagues and to contribute to the effective running of the Anticoagulation Service using administration systems and procedures.
Working between the core office hours 08:00 - 18:00to be agreed with the successful candidate with the opportunity for remote working following training programme.
Main duties of the job
The purpose of the role is to provide administration support to the Anticoagulation service clinical team and office manager.
This role requires a person who possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, has good time management skills and works well as part of a team.It is essential to be competent with Microsoft Office 365.
