Job summary
We are looking for a flexible, highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who will be required to join the existing multi-disciplinary team within the Secure Care specialist care group at Northgate Park on Tyne MH ward.
You should have an interest in working within a busy and challenging environment and will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to demonstrate a warm, patient centred approach to care.
Main duties of the job
To work within a multi-disciplinary team assisting in the development and implementation of collaborative, needs based care plans.
They support the team in providing excellent and effective person centred, nursing care.
They are actively involved in the health and wellbeing of staff and service users.
They are visible and accessible to patients, families and carers working together to ensure efficient, effective and caring service.
They contribute to achieving all performance indicators, essential standards and quality
outcomes
They provide compassionate care that is based on empathy, kindness, respect and dignity
