An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Community Practitioner within the Community Adult Eating Disorder Service.

We are keen to meet applicants with experience and an interest in supporting service users with eating disorders and can contribute to the evolving needs of the service, and the teams aspirations for future development.
