Job summary
An exciting opportunity is currently available for an Advanced Occupational Therapist specialising in neurological rehabilitation. We are a specialist community neurological rehabilitation team with a mixture of disciplines, and we are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic team member to join us. We work in a variety of clinical and community settings, and are a goal orientated, and patient focussed team. We strive to improve and embrace change to deliver the best outcomes for our patients and their carers.
Main duties of the job
As an Advanced Occupational Therapist within our team you will complete assessment, analysis, treatment and evaluation of patients with complex neurological conditions.
You will work in collaboration with the senior leaders to provide direction for the team embracing change and developing the service.
You will work alongside the multidisciplinary team to provide patient focussed, goal orientated and evidence based practice.
You will provide supervision and complete appraisals for team members.
You will be involved in service development and take an active role in in-service training.
