An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and dedicated individual to join the Neurorehabilitation Admin Team as an Administration Officer working with the Wards and Therapies Team for the UK Rehabilitation Outcomes Collaborative (ROC). UK ROC is a nationwide database for collating case episodes for inpatient specialist rehabilitation. Data entry supports funding to the inpatient wards
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will have great attention to detail and have previous experience of data entry, preferably in an NHS setting, and also have the following core skills which are essential for the post:
- Experience using Office applications, particularly Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate a high level of typing, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Well organised and structured.
- Should be flexible and open to taking on additional tasks as they are identified.
- Previous experience working in an NHS setting
- Able to work to targets and time pressured reporting
The post holder will also undertake additional duties such as ordering supplies, requesting repairs and updating rotas and duty sheets. This list is not exhaustive
