Job summary
The Gateshead East Community Treatment Team have a vacancy for a RMN to undertake the an additional Clinical Lead role to work within the multidisciplinary leadership team currently based at Grassbanks. The Clinical Lead will work alongside the Clinical Nurse specialist , pathway manager and current Clinical Lead to drive forward community transformation, be a driver to meet key performance indicators linked to the community transformation and be an innovative leader. There is expected direct clinical work alongside supervision and support for the clinical teams.

The candidate will have extensive experience of multiagency working, leadership and service improvement.
The candidate will have a passion for change and innovation with a proven track record of change implementation.
The candidate will be able to manage a complex and demanding diary whilst providing clinical expertise, live supervision and support to the clinical team.
The candidate will demonstrate the ability to work as part of a collective team both with internal partners and external partners.
