Join our dynamic team as we search for an enthusiastic creative, and skilled individual to take on the role of Lead Trainer for Digital Learning. This exciting opportunity centre's around enhancing our digital offerings and online learning portfolio, encompassing e-learning packages, digital media for learning, teaching, and assessment, and utilising social media to foster engagement among our staff and students. You will also be proficient in delivering and facilitating a range of training sessions to groups of staff.
In this role, you will work alongside subject experts to design and develop digital learning resources. You will be instrumental in reviewing our current training offerings with Academy colleagues with the aim to improve and evaluate courses and enhance these programmes through digital learning resources.
Main duties of the job
The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience and proficiency in using the Lectora Authoring Tool and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, with specific expertise in Premier Pro, Audition, Illustrator, Rush, Photoshop, and After Effects.
This position is inherently creative, aiming to transform our service into a leading digital learning resource for both staff and patients. Beyond the design and development of digital learning resources, key responsibilities include interpreting national standards, identifying areas of best practice and policies, and offering authoritative advice on specialised training and development issues. Additionally, you'll play a crucial part in guiding junior staff to both deliver and enhance digital learning and development initiatives.

- Highly specialist knowledge of a range of training related topics acquired through an appropriate qualification or professional clinical qualification
- Training or experience to Masters level equivalent.
- Highly specialist training and development knowledge, including legislative requirements and training and development priorities.
