Job summary
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for a Band 4 Admin Team Lead with the Northumberland Recovery Partnership and North Tyneside Recovery Partnership, based at Greenacres, Ashington, Northumberland
The post is full-time working Monday-Friday
The post holder will be expected to participate in late clinic admin cover
The post holder should have access to their own transport as there are elements of travel between sites
Main duties of the job
The post holder will report directly to the Admin Manager and work closely with Clinical Leads, Clinical Manager, admin and wider clinical staff on a day to day basis
The post holder will provide leadership and support to the admin teams throughout Northumberland Recovery Partnership and North Tyneside Recovery Partnership (Ashington, Blyth, Berwick and Wallsend)

Essential
- OCR/RSA Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Word/Text Processing NVQ Level 3 Business Administration
- General level of education to O-Level/ GCSE or equivalent
Desirable
- Audio-typing qualification
- Level 3 in Customer Care (or equivalent)
Knowledge and Experience
Essential
- Word/text processing skills, OCR/RSA Level 3 qualification (or the equivalent) plus relevant experience
- Audio Typing qualification or demonstrable equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including e-mail communication
- Ability to maintain and update Patient Information Systems e.g. RiO
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant clinical terminology (gained through relevant qualification and/or experience)
- Good working knowledge of office procedures
- Knowledge of NHS procedures and Policies
- Previous NHS administrative experience
- Experience of data collection and analysis
- Good organisational and planning skills
Desirable
