Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a band 5 to be part of the newly formed CJLD(Criminal Justice Liaison & Diversion) team within NRP(Northumberland Recovery Partnership).
This role will link the nurse in with the team who work predominantly with those clients recently released or due to be released from prison, those who are involved with probation or any other criminal justice service, including integrated offender management programme (IOM).
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will also be involved in assessments of new clients in particular prison releases and those potentially starting on drug/alcohol treatment programmes.
They will be expected to hold a caseload, and will help further develop relationships with the clinical side of NRP and the CJLD team and build better links external services.
