Job summary

We offer an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic, dynamic and committed people who would like to work in a CQC outstanding rated Mental Health and Learning Disability Trust. We are recruiting support workers to work flexibly across a wide range of Services as part of the Staffing Solutions Nurse Bank Service.

Bank workers are an integral support to our substantive workforce and are needed to cover known vacancies, sicknesses and other staff

Shortages and more often Bank workers are needed at short notice for clinical need. There is an expectation that bank workers will work at least two shifts per month.

Main duties of the job

You will work within a multi-disciplinary team assisting in the development and implementation of collaborative, needs based care plans.You will support the team in providing excellent and effective person centred, nursing care.You will be actively involved in the health and wellbeing of staff and service users. You will be are visible and accessible to patients, families and carers working together to ensure efficient, effective and caring service.You will contribute to achieving all performance indicators, essential standards and quality outcomesYou will provide compassionate care that is based on empathy, kindness, respect and dignity
