The service is part of a Provider Collaborative with Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne & Wear NHS Trust as the Lead Provider. Other delivery partners are Pennine Healthcare NHS Trust, Leeds and York Partnership NHS Trust, Tees, Esk & Wear Valley NHS Trust, Humber NHS Trust, Combat Stress and Walking with the Wounded.
