Job summary

We are looking for a registered children's nurse who is motivated, forward thinking and has a sound professional knowledge and excellent communication skills. You should have the ability to prioritize and work both independently and as part of a team.

In this post you will provide highly skilled, quality clinical and non-clinical care, which is outcome focused, to support children and their families, enabling them to live, participate and achieve in all aspects of life, e.g. at home and within their community. The workload is varied and interesting with opportunity to develop further knowledge and skills.

The post holder will assess, plan, implement a high standard of care to children and young people from birth to 18 years with complex health care needs.

The team is based across South Cumbria and work Monday- Friday office hours.
