This is an exciting opportunity to join the Women & Children's Collaborative as Integrated Team & Operational Manager (Band 7) fixed term for 12 months (Maternity cover).
This post sits within Children's Health Services County wide, Women and Children's Collaborative within North Cumbria and This role is an integral part of Community Children's services which includes children's therapy, children's community nursing and Paediatrics. It also includes Inpatient care for children and young people in North Cumbria and Level One neonatal care.
The department is key to the wider inter-agency system for Children and Families and is fundamental to improving the health outcomes for all children in the County. This service delivers care in the community in Cumberland, Westmorland & Furness areas.
The Integrated Team & Operational Manager will be responsible for supporting, supervising and developing their team to promote universal health services and to improve the physical and mental health outcomes of children with additional needs. They will play a key role in service development and modernisation, ensuring that the evidence for practice is systematically implemented.
