This is an exciting opportunity for a senior manager to support the community collaborative specialist services and their deputies in the day to day management of the services

Main duties of the job

The role will provide leadership at team level and will support ward managers. They will have responsibility for:

  • the delivery of quality services (safety, effectiveness and patient experience)
  • the performance management of the services in line with relevant targets and standards
  • ensuring clinical engagement, taking responsibility for clinical governance, safety and risk management within the service
  • providing leadership, support and advice to ward managers and staff
  • Contribute as appropriate to Collaborative strategy development and implementation
  • Supporting and deputising for the Senior Leadership Team

  • NMC/HCPC
  • Education to Master's level or equivalent.
