Job summary

To provide a confidential proactive administration service to the joint digital support services, including room bookings, maintaining office systems, distribution of post, receiving and processing deliveries and supporting the Business Support Team Lead in building management activities related to Maglona House. This will involve communicating information between the team, working to deadlines and managing own work on a day-to-day basis under the guidance of the Business Support Team Lead.

Main duties of the job

The Business Support Administrators main duties are to support the Associate Director, Heads of Service and Business Support Team Lead with all aspects of administration for Digital Programmes and the Digital Healthcare Team including supporting with building management for Maglona House.

The post holder will be experienced in all aspects of administration. They will report to the Business Support Team Lead.
