Job summary

Administrator North Cumbria Home Oxygen Service - 37.5 hours per week

An opportunity has arisen to join the Home Oxygen team. We are a busy but supportive team and our new administrator needs to be passionate about contributing to our highly patient focused Oxygen service. The administrator role is fundamental to supporting the clinical team . They need to be dynamic, flexible and enthusiastic, offering impeccable written and verbal communication to our patients and partner agencies .

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be responsible for providing effective and efficient clerical and administrative support to the North Cumbria Oxygen service. The role will involve the coordination and implementation of office procedures and will require a high degree of organisational skills and excellent working knowledge of NCIC trust administrative systems.

The post holder will often be the first point of contact and a focal point for the service requiring clear communication and liaison skills.

They will be responsible for managing and prioritising their own workload and will be required to use their own initiative.
