Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Trust's Patient Experience Team whose role is to support with the gathering and reporting of patient and carers feedback, support our communities with involvement and engagement in Trust activities, as well as supporting staff with the booking of interpreters for patients appointments and arranging for patient letters to be translated into the patients spoken language.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to work within the Patient Experience Team. The successful candidate will need to be a experienced in customer service, self-motivated and an enthusiastic individual with excellent written and spoken communication skills and have the knowledge of how the trust collects patients experience, the reporting of patients feedback.
You will need to have excellent Microsoft Office experience especially word, outlook, excel and diary management.
Main duties of the job
As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will be aligned to one of the trust's collaboratives and you will provide support with the collecting, gathering, analysing and reporting of feedback from patients and or their carers and support with the identifying of any learning / improvements. The trust uses a patient experience tool which all survey feedback is entered onto and it is used to report patient feedback to the services within the collaborative.
The successful candidate will also support with the booking of interpreters that are requested from trust staff for patients whose first language isn't English for when they attend any appointments - you will also support with the written translation of any patient letters / reports.
