Job summary

Data Administrator B3 -16 hours per week

The People Services Development Team works closely with People Services Leads and Business Partners to provide reporting and assurance for the accountable Executive Director.

The People Services Development and Workforce Planning Teams collaborate with the Care Group structure and across the other corporate functions to ensure a consistent delivery of the Trusts' values promoting, efficiency and effectiveness.

Main duties of the job

The post holder is expected to support core business functions, programmes and projects that are led from within the People Services Development and Workforce Planning functions.

The core work streams include:

  • Data reporting (The main reporting tool is Business Intelligence within the Electronic Staff Record system (ESR)) and admistration for People Services Development and Workforce Planning
  • Admin support for workforce planning, reporting and development
  • Support and maintenance of generic mailboxes, calendars and intranet pages

The post holder must be prepared to work flexibly across team boundaries in line with service requirements supporting colleagues and People Services leads, within the People Services directorate and clinical Care Groups.

The post holder will be expected to work closely with the Workforce Project and Planning Advisor and the People Services Development Lead to support with data reporting and projects / business development initiatives as required.
