Our ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, experience of working in a busy team, an eye for detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads effectively including working to tight deadlines.
A high degree of accuracy is required for the role and a knowledge or keen interest in HR processes and equality and diversity will be useful. You will need to be a strong communicator (verbal and written) as the role will require you to liaise with all levels of staff, newly appointed recruits and potential candidates. You will be committed to ensuring all candidates receive an excellent service and demonstrating our Trust values and behaviours at all times.
This is an exciting opportunity to start your NHS career in our People Services Directorate and full training will be given.
