Job summary

Theatre Domestic Asst, 37.5 hours per week, permanent

We are looking for a motivated enthusiastic person for 37.5 hours per week to join our team as a theatre domestic assistant. Our Theatre Department has 10 theatres in total carrying out elective and emergency surgery on both adults and paediatrics.

You will work opposite our evening theatre domestic and along side the theatre practitioners to ensure our department is cleaned to a high standard which contributes to ensuring safe patient care.

Main duties of the job

The main duties of this role are to work as part of the theatre team to ensure the department is cleaned to a high standard.

The post is for day time working so the majority of the work is cleaning furniture and equipment in the offices, kitchen, changing rooms, corridors and utility rooms.
