Are you ready to lead impactful change and help shape the future of mental healthcare? As a Senior Project Manager within our Trust, you will play a pivotal role in delivering key strategic projects, driving quality improvement initiatives, and advancing our transformation programme.
With the Trust embarking on a significant period of transformation and integration through a potential merger, your expertise in Project and Programme Management (PPM) and Quality Improvement (QI) will be critical in ensuring seamless transitions and embedding lasting improvements across all areas.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading strategic projects to align services with the Trust's overarching objectives.
- Applying PPM and QI best practices to advance the Trust's transformation agenda.
- Supporting the Merger Programme and outward partnership projects to achieve successful integration and service evolution.

Main duties of the job

Compose, revise and edit a variety of projects' correspondence, reports, records and documentation; from rough notes and drafts, and/or data analysis; including proofreads for accuracy and completeness and for compliance with policies

Compose and review a range of communications aimed at broad national audiences, explaining complex and/or contentious information

Facilitate and monitor progress of projects within the programme, including negotiating and communicating business sensitive information to various stakeholders at all levels

Persuasively communicate complex, sensitive and contentious information to senior stakeholders for projects on a national scale; influence and motivate a wide range of stakeholders, including senior stakeholders from Royal Colleges, government bodies and board level NHS stakeholders; diplomatically navigate potentially arising conflicts between stakeholders regarding contentious topics

Support the Programme Managers and Head of Strategy & Transformation in the development and preparation of the overall programme plan, and by drafting sections of papers with some data analysis as required for the relevant project
