Sister/Charge Nurse Critical Care Whipps Cross

Grade: Band 6

Internal rotation

37.5 hours / week

We are looking for experienced critical care nurses to join our busy adult intensive care/high dependency units.

Main duties of the job

You will need at least three years' experience in critical careand able to demonstrate advanced clinical knowledge.You will be expected to take an active role in helping us to continuously improve patient care.Excellent communication skills are essential and a proven ability to support and mentor staff.

We offer a comprehensive mentorship programme supported by competences.
