Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the friendly Critical Care Outreach team at Whipps Cross Hospital. You will be responsible for providing the highest standard of expertise as a first responder for acutely ill and deteriorating ward based patients. On a daily basis you will be required to provide advice and guidance for nursing practice within the hospital.
The post holder must be a registered general nurse with a degree in nursing and a post registration qualification in critical care. Advanced assessment skills and the ability to communicate in complex situations are essential.The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a desire to support the development of skills within all clinical areas through informal and formal teaching to ensure high standards and safe care in all clinical areas.
The role will provide diverse opportunities to work closely with a large multi-disciplinary team in Critical Care Services at Whipps Cross Hospital .
