Main duties of the job

This is an exciting and high-profile leadership opportunity at the heart of a dynamic hospital serving one of London's most diverse communities. As Head of Transformation, Improvement and Efficiency, you will be at the forefront of shaping how we deliver care to our communities - now and in the future.

You'll lead a strategic portfolio of hospital-wide transformation programmes focused on high-impact, high-value change. From pathway redesign, service integration and cost improvement to culture change and innovation, your work will directly influence the experience of patients, staff, and partners across the system.We're looking for someone who thrives on complexity, brings energy and purpose to collaboration, and has a track record of delivering large-scale improvement in healthcare or similar environments.

  • Masters level education or equivalent senior-level experience
  • Strong knowledge of NHS policy, structures, and decision-making
