Main duties of the job
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated compassionate individual to join our team. An experienced nurse leader who is enthusiastic and dynamic. Working in conjunction with the wider hospital team to deliver a high standard of care to all our patients.
Managing and leading a busy department and team of Acute Assessment unit (AAU), Old peoples assessment unit (OPAU)and Same Day Emergency Care(SDEC) staff. Motivating and role modelling high standards, implementing and driving improvements and initiatives. Continuously striving to achieve outstanding Emergency and Acute Care.
