We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Learning and Development Facilitator who will have responsibility for the design, development and delivery of training and workforce development programmes as part of the NIHR Regional Research Delivery Network (RRDN) Workforce Development function. Working with the Workforce & People Senior Manager, you will support this award-winning team to effectively and creatively engageour internal and external audiences
Main duties of the job
We are excited to offer an opportunity to join the North London Regional Research Delivery Network (RRDN), as a Learning and Development Facilitator. In this role, you will play a key part in facilitating the delivery of health and care research across the region.
This role will act as a source of advice and guidance regarding research related training and support regional facilitators to develop in their roles to ensure the sustained delivery of high-quality training. NIHR North London RRDN - a newly formed organisation building on the achievements of the NIHR Clinical Research Network. This role offers a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will contribute to shaping the future of health and care research in North London.
