Job summary

The successful candidate will have a broad HR generalist background ideally within the NHS with good knowledge of terms and conditions, CIPD qualified (or working towards) and experience of employment law through employee relations case handling, together with a good understanding employee engagement.

Main duties of the job

The key elements of this role are to: Provide proactive and professional advice and guidance to managers and employees regarding all employee relations issues both formal and informal. This will include conduct and performance management, grievances, bullying and harassment, whistleblowing, sickness and other absence in accordance with Trust Policies, current legislation, the ACAS code of practice and other professional standards.
