Job summary
We are looking for an exceptional and experienced Service Manager to join our team at the Royal London Hospital (RLH). This post sits within one of the largest and most complex directorates in one of the largest and most complex Trusts in the country; this is both a challenging and exciting place to work. Your ability to engage and lead teams through change and act as an operational 'shop-floor' manager will be vital. You will help to deliver a selection of productivity schemes and therefore will have good business management skills coupled with good financial knowledge.
You will be flexible, operationally strong, and confident to challenge the status quo while building excellent working relationships that quickly enable you to become a trusted and credible leader across all staff groups.
