Job summary
The post holder will be responsible for the systematic identification, recording, evaluation of risks arising from non-compliance with statutory legislation relating to buildings, plant, services and equipment and implementation of maintenance regimes to minimise the Trust exposure to those risks and identified within the Parameters of the Premises Assurance Model (PAM)
Main duties of the job
This would include interpretation of the current and any new legislative changes including the development of Technical and Health and Safety Policies and Procedures within the Estates Environment
To facilitate and co-ordinate the work necessary for external assessments by the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) and other external bodies such as the CQC/NHS England and make the annual submission on evidence-based documentation.
