Job summary

This role will join our small, dynamic, friendly, supportive and energetic OD Team and collaboratively and individually undertake: -

Organisational consulting using applied behavioural science - supporting improvement in team dynamics and leadership.

Taking a systems approach to change and having a clear understanding of how organisational change happens - beyond awareness raising and training.

Providing a comprehensive service to support and enable our staff to deliver our group operating plan and longer-term strategy.

Main duties of the job

You will possess the knowledge, experience and skills to facilitate team change by supporting our managers, and senior leaders using a variety of triage, presentation, facilitation, and psychometric skills combined with leadership models, exercises and programmes, to design and deliver planned and unplanned OD interventions.

We are looking for a team player and an OD Practitioner who is passionate about culture change, to help us, through your expertise and experience to influence, coach, facilitate and educate team organisational change.

Your weeks will be varied in terms of the scope of client OD work involved - from undertaking your own interventions to supporting large established offerings. You would be based in Canary Wharf, attend the office at least one day a week and the rest of the week we split our time working from our 5 hospital sides and from home.
