We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Registration Authority Manager to lead our fantastic Registration Authority teamYou will support this award-winning team to effectively and creatively engage our internal and external audiences.The TeamAs a Registration Authority team team, we are responsible for supporting access to clinical and non-clinical systems across the group using smartcards.We do this through face to face drop in sessions and online back office support providing both physical and virtual smart cards to our end users as well as resolving issues they may face.It is a critical team in helping our hospitals function effectively.
Main duties of the job
The Registration Authority Manager will lead the team in providing the best service possible to our end users,You will be responsible for managing Registration Authority governance in the Trust and implementing RA policy and RA processes that adhere to national guidance and policyYou will manage the day-to-day operation of the Registration Authority activities within the Trust across all sites and satellite units, allocating the required resource to support the different activities involved.You will oversee the response to support requests via drop in sessions, email and Alemba (our service desk system) and on the telephone using our WeCare values to deliver a high standard of customer service.

Your primary base will be Canary Wharf, however you will be expected to work across the sites as and where necessary.
