Stratford ward is an acute respiratory ward. We look after patients with asthma and COPD, provide non-invasive ventilation and those patients with tracheostomies. We also care for patients who are acutely unwell with Covid-19. We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our lovely team to help us care for our community. In return we offer good support and personal development.
Main duties of the job
The Nursing Assistant works under the direction or supervision of qualified nurses/midwives to implement care planned by Registered Professionals. The Health Care Support Worker (HCSW) is proactive in monitoring and anticipating patients' needs within the boundaries of the Job Description.
