Job summary
An exciting opportunity has developed for a new ward manager to join the team at Newham University Hospital, part of Barts Health.
We are looking for enthusiastic ward manager to join a busy Acute and Older Peoples Services which has 26 beds and accepts direct admissions from our Emergency Department.
Main duties of the job
You will be supported by the Senior Nurse and Matron for the directorate and will have a team of established Junior Sisters/ Charge Nurses to assist you in leading the ward. There is also a directorate Practice Development Nurse in the unit to provide exemplary care to thepatients.
We are looking for candidates who are clinically focused, highly motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic to join our friendly medical team on Thistle Ward.
