Job summary
We require one full time receptionist for a busy Imaging/Radiology department at Whipps Cross Hospital
The receptionist will work as part of a team facilitating the patients' journey through the radiology department for diagnostic examinations.
Working pattern would be 08:30 - 17:00hrs, Monday - Friday (5days a week)
Hours are equivalent to 37.30hours per week (permanent contract)
Candidates ideally should have at least 1 year face to face reception experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skill. Full training will be provided.
The post holder will be expected to provide a professional receptionist support to the Trust's imaging department ensuring the provision of an excellent "front of house" service. In conjunction with the medical, radiographic and nursing team provide seamless imaging care for The Trust's patients ensuring that all patients, relatives and visitors to the Department are dealt with in a courteous manner at all times.

Main duties of the job
