The Senior Clinical Site Manager takes a lead in managing and coordinating emergency situations, liaising with Trust Management and external agencies to bring incidents to safe conclusion. In the event of a major incident, the Senior Clinical Site Manager is expected to act as Silver Commander until relieved and continues with their designated actions.The Senior Clinical Site Manager provides clinical advice, leadership and management to the Trust wide Nursing, Medical, Allied Health profession, Administration and Facility services.
