Job summary
The Lead will work closely with their Clinical Director and in a team comprising Service and General Managers, and Senior nurses. They will lead site-based services. As part of this team the post holder will be responsible for the delivery of these services against the goals and standards for quality, safety, activity, financial management and workforce. The Clinical Lead will be required to demonstrate partnership working and collaboration with other senior leaders.
This post will incorporate a service transformational role (1PA) in additional to the usual clinical lead responsibilities indicated below(1PA)
