Job summary
St Bartholomew's Hospital is seeking to appoint to the role of the General Manager for clinical services directorate, on a permanent contract. This incorporates the following services; outpatients, advocacy & translation, psychology, therapies and pharmacy.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a General Manager to be part of a motivated, driven and passionate team to deliver world class healthcare at St Bartholomew's Hospital. This post has arisen due the promotion of the incumbent post holder. This exciting and demanding post will call on and stretch your operational management skills as well as offer opportunities to learn new skills and work across the NEL health system.
This role is a senior management role with a high profile and requires applicants that have a significant level of leadership knowledge and operational experience including budget management, workforce planning, business planning and performance management. Experience within imaging or diagnostics services is desired.
