An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Co-ordinator to join the recently expanded Recruitment Services team at Barts Health NHS Trust.
We are looking for a very well-organised team player who can work well under pressure, whilst adhering to procedures and deadlines and thrives in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
As the successful candidate you will have a background in either Recruitment or Human Resources, with some knowledge of HR policies and processes. You will help provide a comprehensive recruitment service, covering the full range of issues to meet the service needs in an effective and professional manner as well as assisting in other operational HR requirements.
As an ideal candidate, we are looking for a proactive team player with excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to work on own initiative whilst juggling and prioritising a busy workload.
Main duties of the job
You will deal with various enquiries both internally and externally where you will need to have a flexible and pragmatic approach to your work. The role will include the provision of advice and support to managers and staff, in all aspects of employment including contracts of employment, interpretation of policies and procedures. You will need to have a high level of interpersonal skills and the confidence to communicate with staff at all levels within the organisation.
The Recruitment Services team is responsible for delivering a high quality, efficient recruitment service for all staff groups across the Trust and for administering and supporting the full end-to-end recruitment process for corenon-medical recruitment.
The post holder is responsible for providing a high quality and efficient recruitment service in a customer focused way and to agreed key performance indicators.
The postholder will participate in recruitment projects as required includingbut not limited to recruitment open days, national recruitment fairs and Doctors in Training recruitment and inductions.
