Procurement Business Partner - Hard FM, Band 8B (£56,164)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated procurement business partner to join our busy sourcing team. You will support the team to effectively and creatively engage our internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
As a procurement sourcing team, we are responsible for supporting and advising Trust stakeholders as well as promoting and protecting the reputation of the Trust with sound guidance. We do this through providing strategic category planning to our stakeholders, leading on assigned procurement projects, and providing guidance that protects the fiduciary responsibilities of the Trust.
Main duties of the job
The Procurement Business Partner will work with Estates stakeholders alongside the Procurement Business Partner EFM portfolio lead to provide a link between procurement and stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with stakeholder objectives whilst also ensuring compliance with procurement procedures, Trust Standing Financial Instructions and UK regulations.
You will respond to enquiries over email and other media and engage stakeholders and suppliers using our WeCare values to deliver a high standard of customer service.
You will also establish and oversee your own efficient administrative and business systems to support the workload so that we can deliver an efficient and professional service to the Trust. A strong customer service attitude and collaborative approach is key.
